How we write about back pain, and what we will never claim
This site sells a wellness device, so you are right to be sceptical about anything we publish. This page sets out exactly how our guides are written, what evidence we rely on, and the lines we do not cross.

Who writes this site
Every guide on Orevive SpineEase UK is written and reviewed in-house by our UK customer care team — the same people who answer the support inbox and process returns. That gives us one genuine advantage over a generic health blog: we read what customers actually tell us about their backs, their routines and what did or did not help, thousands of times over.
It also gives us an obvious commercial interest, which is why the rest of this page exists.
We are not doctors, and we do not pretend to be
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Orevive SpineEase is a consumer wellness device intended to relax tight muscles and ease everyday aches. It is not a treatment for any diagnosed spinal condition, and it is not a substitute for seeing your GP, a physiotherapist or NHS 111.
Always seek urgent medical help if you have
- Numbness around the groin, buttocks or inner thighs
- Loss of bladder or bowel control
- Weakness in both legs, or legs giving way
- Back pain after a serious fall or accident
- Back pain with fever, unexplained weight loss, or a history of cancer
The claims we refuse to make
- We do not claim the device cures, treats or prevents any disease
- We do not invent statistics, studies, clinical results or certifications
- We do not publish testimonials we have not received from real customers
- We do not use fake countdown timers, fake stock counters or fake discounts
- We do not compare ourselves to named competitor brands with figures we cannot show
How our ratings and reviews work
The rating shown across this site is customer feedback collected on our own orders through post-delivery emails. It is unmoderated in the sense that we do not delete low scores, and we quote customers in their own words. Because it is first-party feedback rather than an independent platform, we say so plainly rather than dressing it up as third-party verification.
What we base health content on
Where a guide explains why back pain happens, how sciatica behaves, or what the usual UK care pathway looks like, we follow public NHS guidance and link to it so you can check it yourself. Where we describe what the device does, we describe the mechanism — heat, EMS pulses, mechanical kneading — rather than implying an outcome we cannot promise.
How often pages are reviewed
Each guide carries its own last-reviewed date in the byline. We revisit a page when the product changes, when the pricing or delivery terms change, or when customer questions show that something on the page is being misread. This policy was last reviewed on 29 August 2026.
