Strip away the marketing and Orevive SpineEase is a fairly simple idea done properly: a cordless massage unit you place against your lower back that runs three things at once rather than one. EMS pulse stimulation works on the deeper stabilising muscles either side of the spine, sustained infrared warmth at around 42°C helps those muscles relax, and a layer of deep kneading vibration mimics the rolling pressure of hands-on massage.
