1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot deliver to your address.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the point of order and processed securely through our Shopify checkout.
3. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
4. Cancellation and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and separately a 30-day money-back guarantee offered voluntarily by us. Full details are on our returns page.
5. Warranty
Each device carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, water immersion and use of non-Orevive chargers.
6. Product use and health
Orevive SpineEase is a wellness and muscle-relaxation device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or over broken skin. Consult a qualified clinician before use if you have a diagnosed spinal or nerve condition. You are responsible for following the instructions supplied with the device.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
