  • Purchase records: items ordered, amount paid and order status
  • Support correspondence you send us
  • Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited

We never see or store your full card number. Card payments are taken on our Shopify checkout, which handles card data on our behalf as a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Why we use it

  • To improve the website and prevent fraud (legitimate interests)

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: Shopify (our store and checkout platform) and its payment processors, our delivery courier, and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.
