Tracked UK delivery, shipped to your door

Delivery options and costs

• Standard tracked delivery — free. Arrives in 2-4 working days.
• Priority tracked dispatch. Arrives in 1-2 working days where offered; the cost is shown at checkout.

Both options are fully tracked, and you choose between them at checkout, with the cost shown clearly before you pay. Neither option carries any hidden handling fee — the price you see is the price you pay for delivery.

Dispatch cut-off times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at any point over a weekend or UK bank holiday, go out on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched you cannot change the delivery address, so it is worth double-checking your postcode at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all UK addresses, including mainland England, Wales and Scotland, plus Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

No customs charges, ever

Because orders are dispatched to UK addresses rather than shipped in from overseas, there is no import duty, customs clearance delay or surprise handling fee waiting for you when the parcel arrives. The price shown at checkout, plus any priority delivery charge you choose, is the full amount you will ever pay for that order.

Tracking your order

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout, then a tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier. That link updates as the parcel moves through the network, right through to the "delivered" scan. If your tracking has not updated within three working days of dispatch, email support@orevivespineease.co.uk with your order number and we will chase the courier directly on your behalf.

If your parcel is late

Working-day estimates occasionally slip, usually because of weather, a remote postcode or a particularly busy period for the courier network. If your estimated window has passed, first check the tracking link in your dispatch email for an updated estimate. If it still has not arrived a few days beyond that, or tracking shows "delivered" but nothing has actually arrived, check with neighbours and any usual safe place first, then contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before you open it fully, then email us those photographs within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number. We will send a replacement unit at no extra cost — you do not need to arrange the return of the damaged item yourself before we do this. Changing an order after it has shipped

Once an order has been dispatched we are not able to redirect it or change the delivery address, since the parcel is already in the courier's hands. If you need to change an address and your order has not yet shown as dispatched in your confirmation email, contact us straight away and we will do what we can before it goes out.
